About me
Hello, beautiful souls! I’m Caitlin, the voice behind Cait’s Wings. As a mental health advocate, creative writer, artist, and aspiring neuropsychologist, my mission is to break mental health stigma and nurture safe spaces for healing. My background in psychology and biomedical sciences, informed by personal experience, fuels my dedication to understanding the nervous system and supporting well-being. I am committed to advancing research on adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), neurodevelopment, and resilience to improve health outcomes, foster healing and growth, and promote a more compassionate world.
My calling is to uplift, connect, and empower. As a highly sensitive person (HSP), empath, and light worker, I understand the power of vulnerability and creativity in healing and enlightenment. My own mental health journey and the experiences of my loved ones further strengthened my compassion for all those who are facing adversity, isolation, misjudgment, and health challenges.
My journey taught me to trust my intuition. Overcoming burnout in competitive spaces taught me that my worth lies in my authenticity. Thus, I now choose to operate from a place of love and courage, not shame and fear, keeping my faith and spirituality at my center
Cait’s Wings is devoted to supporting highly sensitive people (HSPs), empaths, neurodivergents, healers, and advocates on their mental health journeys, united by the goal of breaking stigma and fostering healing.
